We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Electrical Team / Lead Sales Estimator

to take the lead in estimating and securing electrical projects. This role is perfect for someone who combines technical electrical knowledge with strong sales and leadership skills. You'll be a key player in driving business growth, supporting the electrical team, and ensuring accurate, competitive estimates.

What You'll Do:

Prepare detailed, accurate estimates for electrical projects (residential, commercial, or industrial) Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to clarify project scope and ensure competitive pricing Lead and support the electrical team on job planning and project coordination Assist in developing project proposals and bid submissions Track and manage bid status, project timelines, and customer communications Stay current with market trends, material costs, and industry standards

What You Bring:

Journeyperson Electrician certification or equivalent experience (Red Seal preferred) Proven experience in electrical estimating and sales Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and client-facing abilities Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and reading electrical blueprints High attention to detail with a results-driven mindset Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
