Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor (Maintenance) who will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and maintaining all electrical systems and equipment within the operations. This role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical structures while complying with safety regulations, company standards, and production requirements. This position is expected to be a working supervisor. This position works a 2 week on and 2 week off schedule on a FIFO.

Duties

Supervisor and lead electricians on site Plan, schedule, and oversee electrical maintenance, installation, and repair work. Ensure electrical systems for all plants and infrastructure operate efficiently. Enforce safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and regulatory compliance. Inspect electrical installations and troubleshoot faults to minimize downtime. Coordinate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams. Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and incidents. Ensure availability of spare parts and tools for electrical work. Assist with commissioning of new equipment and upgrades. Provide on the job training and mentorship to electrical staff. Ensure all work performed adheres to all relevant organizational, provincial, and federal safety regulations, codes and specifications.

Qualifications

Journeyperson Red Seal Electrician. 5+ years recent, related experience in a Milling environment in mining. Strong competency in Microsoft Office Suite. Previous supervisory or leadership experience. Valid Class 5 BC driver's license. Strong knowledge of high voltage and low voltage systems. Familiarity with mining safety regulations and electrical codes.

Pay: $130,000.00 per year
