Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Electrical Operations Manager to lead and oversee, along with the owner and current operations manager, for daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role is vital in driving operational excellence and supporting the company's growth objectives.

Duties

On site visits for quotes, job compliance, pictures and customer service. Organize for scheduling, all jobs to be quoted and completed. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Ensure seamless coordination across departments such as HVAC, Plumbing, and customer service. Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals. Oversee supply chain management, inventory control, and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Analyze operational data to inform strategic decision-making and process enhancements. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional development.

Skills

It is preferable if you're an electrician. Proven experience in operations management or a related leadership role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders. Ability to lead change initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Proficiency in relevant software tools such as HCP, Jobber, MS Office Suite, or other industry-specific applications. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions. Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and drive organizational success through strategic planning and execution. Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
