is currently seeking motivated, experienced

Electrical Lead Hand

to join our team on a

permanent, full-time basis

. Based in the

Lower Mainland of B.C.

, we specialize in

residential and commercial electrical projects

, including new construction, repairs, upgrades, and custom installations.

What You'll Do

Interpret and work from electrical blueprints and plans Collaborate closely with General Contractors, Developers, Site Foremen, and other trades Lead and delegate tasks to apprentices and team members Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards Keep job sites organized and safe Provide regular updates and reports to the Site Foreman

What We're Looking For

Red Seal Journeyman Ticket

(or equivalent)

Minimum 3 years of industry experience

Strong understanding of

PPE and job site safety practices

Proficiency with

basic hand tools

(including a cordless drill)

Reliable transportation

to and from job sites Experience in

concrete high-rise construction

is a strong asset Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
