POSITION:

HVAC - Electrical Journeyman

PAY:

$38.00 - $55.00 per hour, we pay based on experience.

WORK HOURS:

Full-Time, Monday through Friday

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Troubleshooting issues with all residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC and refrigeration equipment Installing or retrofitting equipment as per specifications, customer requests, blueprints, or the current building/plumbing codes Ensuring customer satisfaction by inspecting product quality and installation to guarantee conformance Documenting service and installation actions by completing work orders, reports, logs, and records Creating a positive relationship with customers by demonstrating your ability to communicate, problem solve, and ensure customer satisfaction Maintaining company vehicles to neat, clean, and safe standards Providing excellent account servicing, including analyzing work orders, investigating complaints, identifying solutions, conducting testing, and resolving issues for both new and existing accounts professionally Providing excellent customer service and communication with customers Stay current on industry developments and technologies

JOB QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

Valid Class 5 driver's license and insurable driving record Journeyman Technician is ideal, but not required Commercial and Industrial HVAC service experience Routine maintenance experience In-depth understanding of local plumbing codes and regulations High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to engage with individuals sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally
