Electrical Inspectors (rotational)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Inspectors with a strong background in industrial, commercial, or heavy-infrastructure environments. The successful candidates will support ongoing project work in Levis, QC, ensuring all electrical installations, modifications, and commissioning activities meet applicable codes, standards, and project specifications. This will be a rotational role.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed inspections of electrical systems, equipment, and installations. Verify compliance with CSA, NFPA, provincial electrical codes, and client specifications. Review drawings, technical documentation, and redlines for accuracy and adherence to standards. Monitor contractor workmanship and report non-conformities. Prepare inspection reports, punch lists, and progress updates. Collaborate with engineering, construction, HSE, and quality teams. Support commissioning and start-up activities as required.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience as an Electrical Inspector, Industrial Electrician, QA/QC Electrical professional, or similar role. Journeyperson electrical ticket or equivalent (e.g., Red Seal) preferred. Strong understanding of electrical codes, industry standards, and quality processes. Experience in industrial facilities (oil & gas, petrochemical, mining, power generation, or large infrastructure) considered an asset. Ability to work in a rotational schedule and adapt to site conditions. Excellent communication and documentation skills
