The Electrical Inside Sales Representative is responsible for completing the order process, which includes offering pricing terms according to established margins and sourcing of additional products. He/she is also responsible for preparing small order quotes on contracting jobs; offering product knowledge to customers and expediting orders in a quick and effective manner.

Responsibilities:

Directly servicing the customer and via phone

Processing orders, inquiries & quotations

Maintaining a high level of customer service

Confirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal & written and an ability to impart knowledge

Knowledge of the electrical business is essential

Good organizational skills

Experience Qualifications:

1. Must have college education or plus 1 year of related

experience within the electrical distribution industry or a combination of education and experience.

2. Minimum 1 years of experience in customer service within the electrical distribution industrial industry
