Salary Range: $10,000 to $14,000 per year (Based on Experience and Performance)
responsibilities will include:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the electrical team to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
Read and interpret electrical plans, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of installation.
Inspect and oversee the installation of electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
Schedule and assign work to electricians, monitoring progress and quality of work.
Train and mentor apprentice electricians, providing guidance and technical expertise.
Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure electrical projects are completed on time and within budget.
Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
Troubleshoot electrical issues, providing practical and effective solutions.
Manage inventory of electrical supplies and tools, ensuring availability for projects.
Conduct regular safety meetings and tool-box talks with the team.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Proven experience as an Electrician Foreman(at least 2 year).
Valid electrician's license and deep knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and understand electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
A high degree of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in electrical engineering or a related field is a plus.

Pay: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
