Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Electrical Foreman

to lead electrical crews on lighting retrofit and EV charging installation projects across Lower Mainland. This role is ideal for a certified Red Seal or Journeyman Electrician with proven leadership experience in Canadian electrical construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead electrical crews on job sites across Lower Mainland. Oversee installation of lighting retrofits, EV charging stations, and electrical maintenance work. Interpret electrical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with Canadian Electrical Code and BC regulations. Manage project timelines, materials, and labor resources. Conduct safety briefings and ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC and Technical Safety BC standards. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors. Maintain accurate records of work performed and crew activities.

Qualifications

Red Seal Certification

or

Journeyman Electrician

designation. Minimum

3 years of experience supervising electrical crews

in Canada. Experience in lighting retrofit, EV charging installations, or electrical maintenance (preferred). Strong understanding of BC work and safety regulations. Valid Class 5 Driver's License and ability to travel to various job sites. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
