ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is your chance to be part of the two new projects in the Metro Vancouver area and grow with the company! Both projects are high-rise mixed-use towers commencing construction soon. With a culture of promoting from within, there is plenty of room for growth and building a lasting future as the company's expansion progresses.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Join a team where systems and processes are constantly being updated and bring your innovative ideas to the table! You will be leading a team of 20-30 depending on the project and maintaining constant communication. Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

• Scheduling tasks to ensure timely progression of the project
• Being responsible for rough-in electrical installation, writing, and concrete slab layouts
• Read and interpret specifications, and contract documents, and prepare sketches of proposed works
• Communicate and coordinate with clients and other trades
• Identify any work problems that may rise and resolve them in a prompt manner
• Ensuring all material and inventory required are present on site
• Maximizing the quality of work of the site team
• Report directly to the Site Superintendent and/or Project Manager

THE REQUIREMENTS

You are an Electrical Foreman with 2+ years of experience who prides themselves on their good organizational skills and ability to coordinate with other team members. You have:

• Red Seal Certification (FSR A or B ticket an asset)
• Strong up-to-knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code
• Previous experience with a minimum of one concrete high-rise project
• Previous experience working on and laying out a slab
• Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
• Computer efficiency in MS Office (AutoCAD experience an asset)
• A desire to be part of a team and grow your leadership skills

COMPENSATION
