THE OPPORTUNITY
With exciting new opportunities and partnerships, Impact is seeking experienced
Electrical Foreman,
to join our Industrial Team. You will be leading crews on a variety of industrial projects across Saskatchewan. This is a project-based role, and travel is required - shifts and site durations will vary depending on project timelines.
You will be hands-on, boots on the ground, and responsible for overseeing field execution, safety, and quality - ensuring the work reflects our standards and exceeds client expectations.
Our team would love to hear from you if you have:
Strong experience in industrial electrical projects (Pil & Gas, mining, utility and heavy industrial)
Ability to lead crews in remote and active site environments
Confidence reading drawings, executing layout, and overseeing installations
Critical thinking and field problem solving
Willingness to travel and work away from home for extended periods
Commitment to safety, with strong documentation and crew mentoring habits
Red Seal Construction Electrician certification
Valid and clean Class 5 Driver's License (endorsements are an asset)
Eagerness to grow into a long-term leadership role
THE WORK
You will be responsible for leading the field crew and executing scopes such as:
Installing and terminating wire, conduit, cable tray and switchgear
Overseeing MCC install, motor control wiring and control circuits
Ensuring installations meet code and client standards
Troubleshooting issues and supporting commissioning
Ensuring safety processes are followed and documentation is completed
Coordinating with Site Supervisors, Project Managers and Vendors
Supporting mentorship and development of Apprentices and Journeypersons
Maintaining a safe, clean and productive job site
