Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Field Service Technician to perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment at client sites. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, transformers, switchgear, and related equipment. Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of electrical equipment, including HV and LV systems. Execute field testing, commissioning, and preventative maintenance activities. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards. Document work activities, maintenance logs, and service reports accurately. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure timely completion of projects. Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical feedback.

Qualifications:

Completion of an Electrical or Power Systems Technician program or equivalent experience. Proven field experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or repair. Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and HV/LV systems. Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with renewable energy systems (solar, wind, energy storage). HV testing or commissioning experience. Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid, or local electrical safety certifications).
