Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and update
AutoCAD station drawings
,wiring diagrams
, andelectrical schematics
. UtilizeAutodesk Vault
to manage, store, and edit drawings. Review and interpret technical information for creating accurate as-built documents. Conduct drawing checks to ensure compliance with company's design standards. Prepare charts, graphs, and technical visuals for reports and presentations. Coordinate with engineers, field staff, and drafting teams to collect and validate design information. Support redline drawing submissions and liaise with the CADD Supervisor for drafting updates. Provide regular progress updates to the Manager, Transmission Engineering Services.Qualifications & Skills
Diploma in
Electrical Engineering Technology
or equivalent. Strong knowledge ofelectrical systems design
, single-line diagrams, and control system drawings. Proficiency withAutoCAD, Autodesk Vault, ElecDes
(training support may be provided). Minimum 2-5 years of relevant drafting/design experience in transmission or power systems. Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
