Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering and demonstrate proficiency in various technical skills. This role involves working on electrical systems, troubleshooting, and ensuring the efficient operation of equipment within our projects.

Responsibilities



Design, develop and test power equipment and systems, industrial process control systems Oversee all building and testing of prototypes according to general instructions and established standards Conduction of the installation, commissioning, and operation of electrical and electronic equipment and systems other than aircraft electronics or instruments Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies and systems Write specifications, schedules and technical reports and control schedules and budgets. Assist in building and testing prototypes to specifications Carry out a limited range of technical functions in support of research in electrical and electronic engineering and physics Install, operate and maintain electrical and electronic equipment and systems Calibrate electrical or electronic equipment and instruments according to technical manuals and written instructions
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or certificate/license in related trade preferred. 1 year of hands-on experience in automation/manufacturing/industrial maintenance. Excellent English language skills (oral and written) required. Experience in CAD Software Strong computer skills (MS Office and other applications). Ability to lift to 50 lbs. as needed
Shift Hours

7:30-4:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.67-$48.24 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
