On a daily basis you will have to:

Lead / participate in electrical projects Lead / participate in multidisciplinary projects Production of engineer deliverables Design of electrical systems, mainly in heavy industry. Perform technical studies: Load flow Protective coordination Arc flash Prepare calculation notes, technical specifications reports Prepare designs and specifications related to the following items: 120 V, 600 V, 4.16 kV, 25 kV power distribution Power supply of various motor loads Heating cables Power generators Lighting Grounding Prepare engineering proposals, and cost estimates Client relations

Requirements:

Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Member of the Professional order of Engineers of the province Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy industry/plant

You are the one we are looking for if you have:

Good knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code Experience in engineering consulting and/or heavy industry Teamwork and Communication skills Experience in medium and/or high voltage (asset) Experience in building systems design (asset) Experience in and hazardous locations (asset) English required, French (Asset)

Available offices: Regina, Calgary or Edmonton
