Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service and value to internal and external clients.
Prepare concept designs, load calculations, schematics, equipment selection, and system concept reports.
Conduct site visits during construction and collaborate with field review teams to ensure
ASHRAE compliance
and
LEED standards
where applicable.
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants or architects.
Prepare contract documents, including specifications.
Regularly update project schedules and provide status reports to the Project Manager.
Evaluate shop drawings and ensure quality control.
Escalate resource or project issues to the Project Manager as required.
Support business development by sourcing new work and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications & Experience
Post-secondary degree in
Electrical Engineering
or a related discipline (e.g., Building Systems).
Professional Engineering designation (
P. Eng.
) in
New Brunswick
.
Experience in
engineering design coordination
and consulting projects preferred.
Experience in multi-discipline project coordination and management.
Knowledge of
AutoCAD
and
Revit
is an asset.
Strong understanding of current engineering principles, practices, and Canadian engineering standards.
Proven project management and time management skills.
Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to non-engineers and executives.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, client focus, and teamwork skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites across Atlantic Canada.

Salary range:
$105,000 - $135,000
, commensurate with experience and skills.
