Job Description

Your main responsibilities will be:- Plan, supervise and carry out the design and installation of electrical systems (electrical distribution, emergency power, lighting, fire alarm and other related systems);- Determine the concepts used to carry out projects according to customer requests;- Coordinate technical deliverables in the search for technical solutions;- Conduct survey visits;- Oversee the preparation of plans and specifications;- Support technical staff (technicians, draftsmen and other engineers attached to projects);- Verify and coordinate work in progress in collaboration with other parties (architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, etc.);- Prepare budget estimates, as well as plans and specifications reports;- Participate in site meetings;- Participate in partial supervision of work;- Any other job-related tasks. ProfileThe ideal profile has the following characteristics:- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering (specializing in building) or building engineering- Must hold a license to practice as an engineer FULL-RIGHT with the Ordre des ing\xc3\xa9nieurs du Qu\xc3\xa9bec (OIQ)- Knowledge of standards required in Quebec- 3-5 years of\'experience in consulting engineering or equivalent- Ability to work as part of a team- Versatility, autonomy, ease of communication- Leadership and excellent customer service skills- Excellent knowledge of applicable standards and codes- Fluency in spoken and written French - Asset - Fluency in English- Valid drivers license
