Role Description

We are looking for a self-motivated Electrical Engineer-in-Training (EIT) who is eager to learn and participate in various roles. The candidate will have opportunities to get involved in many different tasks including:

Automation cabinet design and electrical schematic drawings (AutoCAD Electrical) Distribution design, single line diagrams, and layout drawings (AutoCAD) Electrical construction estimating and quoting Project management / coordination Site visits to determine existing conditions, develop scope of work and to review electrical installations Engineering design and electrical code review Development of documentation standards and operations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering 1 - 3 years experience Strong problem solving and project management skills Strong written and verbal communication Strong attention to detail Self-motivated and able to prioritize multiple tasks Experienced with MS Office (Word, Excel) AutoCAD / AutoCAD Electrical experience is an asset Industrial automation (PLC / HMI) experience is an asset Project management experience is as asset Knowledge of Electrical Code is an asset

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
