- As a member of our team, you'll be involved in shaping the electrical systems that power tomorrow's infrastructure. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives on solving complex challenges and believes in the power of collaboration. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team, using your Bentley software expertise to deliver high-quality electrical design packages that meet the needs of today -- and anticipate the demands of tomorrow.

Your Impact

Develop detailed electrical design drawings using Bentley tools such as MicroStation, Bentley Raceway and Cable Management, OpenPlant Modeler, and ProjectWise Create cable routing plans, single-line diagrams, equipment layouts, and panel schedules that support safe and efficient operations Collaborate across engineering disciplines to ensure cohesive and integrated project delivery Support construction documentation and procurement package preparation for major industrial projects Participate in design reviews and contribute ideas that drive continuous improvement Ensure all designs meet project specifications, safety standards, and WSP's future-ready principles Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet key project milestones

The Skills That Set You Apart

Diploma or technical certification in Electrical Design, Engineering Technology, or a related field 5+ years of experience in electrical design, ideally within mining or heavy industrial sectors Proficiency in Bentley software (MicroStation, Bentley Raceway and Cable Management, OpenPlant Modeler, or similar) Deep understanding of electrical systems and design principles Organized and detail-oriented, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation
