Your Duties :

We are looking for an electrical design supervisor for a manufacturing plant specialized in the design of special machines located in Laval. Position 40 hours/week - Hybrid.
Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks

- Supervise the quality control, assembly and mounting of control panels
- Work with purchasing to ensure optimal material supply
- Follow and enforce assembly instructions
- Supervise and manage your team\'s personnel (4 people)
- Supervise and validate electrical design drawings
- Participate in the improvement of your team\'s performance
- Reflect and implement continuous improvement actions
- Other related tasks in relation to the position

We are looking for a meticulous, organized and dynamic person. Our ideal candidate likes to explain, popularize and supervise, to accompany a team in its development.

Your profile :
- Licensed electrician, 2 to 5 years experience in a similar position
- You have experience in designing HMI or PLC control systems
- Good level of oral and written English, French complete professional competence
- DEC or DEP in electricity, automation
- Salary : 80$ - 100k$ according to experience + bonus
- Hybrid position, full insurance, travel bonus, RRSP, paid vacations negotiable according to experience.
