We provide electrical construction new build solutions for multi-residential developers such as condominiums, apartments and townhomes as well as electrical construction solutions for storage new builds.

Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Etobicoke. In this role, you will contribute to the administrative portion of the electrical construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with our commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Your contributions will be crucial in fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and building excellence.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the electrical construction projects from planning through execution. Coordinate employee timesheets on job sites and support project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones. Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely delivery while maximizing costing efficiency. Complete administrative documentation for project closeouts. Collaborate with clients, our office and field teams to create effective project solutions while communicating effectively with all members throughout the project lifecycle. Review project budgeting and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and ensure compliance with safety regulations as well as industry standards. Prepare detailed reports on project status for management review.

Qualifications

College diploma or industry equivalent in Project Management. Proficiency in electrical construction estimating and project management tools. Strong understanding of electrical construction standards. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time management skills. Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
