We're looking for a motivated

Entry-Level Electrical Technician

to join our robotics integration team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on electrical work and wants to build a career in automation and robotics. You'll work alongside experienced technicians and engineers to assemble control panels, wire robotic systems, and perform electrical buildouts for custom automation projects.

, where you'll receive structured on-the-job training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities



Assist with

control panel assembly

, including mounting, wiring, labeling, and testing components Help with

electrical buildouts

and system wiring for robotic and automated equipment Read and interpret basic electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Support installation, power-up, and functional testing under supervision Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Participate in troubleshooting and commissioning activities with senior team members Engage in hands-on training and classroom instruction as part of the apprenticeship pathway

Qualifications



0-2 years of experience in electrical assembly, panel building, or industrial wiring (trade school or co-op experience welcome) Basic understanding of electrical circuits and wiring practices Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Eagerness to learn and take direction from experienced mentors Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills

Preferred (but not required):



Coursework or certification in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance Exposure to robotics, automation, or control systems (PLCs, relays, sensors, etc.) Familiarity with UL 508A or NFPA 79 standards

Apprenticeship Opportunity



Participants in the

apprenticeship program

will:

Receive structured mentorship from senior technicians and engineers Gain hands-on experience across control panel fabrication, field wiring, and robotic system integration Earn progressive responsibility as skills develop Work toward certifications and career advancement within the company
