We are looking for

Electrical Chargehands

with these core competencies to join our team:

Analytical Thinking Communication Organizational and Environmental Awareness Planning and Organizing T.I.M.E. Results Orientation Risk Management Strategic Thinking Safety standards - Work Safe BC Ability to deal with varying personalities

Additionally, you must meet the following experience requirements:

Carry a red seal licence as an Electrician 5-10 years of construction experience 5-10 years of work experience in site supervision or management within a construction environment Current WAH (Working at Heights) Current WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) Field Safety Representative (FSR) Certification is a definite asset Reliable transportation, whether it be through public transit or a bike route Must be bondable

Some other advantages of working with Plan Group:

Work Hours: 40 hours/week. Shift 1: Mon-Fri. Shift 2: Tues-Fri (rotates monthly to Mon-Thurs). Compensation: Unionized wages & benefits with IBEW Local 213. Chargehand B Hourly rate: $53.73, Chargehand A Hourly rate: $59.00 on-the-job training to help you succeed in your role
