Electrical Apprentices (1st term - 4th term)

to work evenings and weekends on-site in

Calgary, AB

.


This is an exceptional opportunity for you to acquire hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, working alongside a talented team.


As the successful candidate for this role, you will be responsible for a range of electrical installation activities, including but not limited to:

Installing conduits using a hand, mechanical or hydraulic bender Install new wire in existing systems or repair old wiring Installing fire alarms, security, lighting controls, data/telecom and energy management systems Mounting panel boards, transformers, switchgear, transfer switches and other types of equipment Rough in and finish wiring control systems Follow all required company and prime contractor safety rules and regulations

To excel in this role, you must be well-versed in all required company and prime contractor safety rules and regulations.


Additionally, you must meet the following experience requirements:

Registered Apprentice with ITA or another recognised provincial apprenticeship Current WAH (Working at Heights) Current WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) Reliable transportation, whether it be through public transit or a bike route.
