We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Electrician to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the electrical field while working under the guidance of experienced electricians. The Apprentice Electrician will assist in various electrical tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Duties

Assist in the installation of electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment according to specifications and local codes. Help troubleshoot and repair electrical issues under the supervision of a licensed electrician. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements. Work with low voltage systems as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in electrical work.

Experience

Prior experience or coursework related to electrical work is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical concepts is advantageous. Understanding of low voltage systems, schematics, and blueprint reading will be beneficial for success in this role. A strong willingness to learn and develop skills in the electrical trade is essential.

Pay: $15.57-$32.78 per hour
