Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated 3rd year - 5th year Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction related electrical systems, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role requires expertise in both residential and industrial settings, ensuring that all electrical installations, repairs, and renovations meet safety standards and regulations.

Duties

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial environments. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform various electrical tasks. Troubleshoot electrical issues by diagnosing problems and implementing appropriate solutions. Work with low voltage systems as required for specific projects. Collaborate with other tradespeople on renovation projects to ensure seamless integration of electrical work. Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations throughout all tasks. Working at heights as required

Skills

Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding electrical schematics. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage applications. Experience as an industrial electrician is a plus. Ability to effectively use hand tools and power tools in various settings. A maintenance person mentality with the capability to handle diverse tasks beyond electrical work is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
