Winter Elections Coordinators (positions below)
Elections Coordinators work under the guidance of the Chief Returning Officer (CRO) to manage and facilitate all aspects of election events and campaigns. Each coordinator has distinct responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation and promotion of elections. They are key players in organizing logistics and marketing efforts, contributing to the overall success of the electoral process. The Winter Elections Coordinators will oversee the 2026 ASUS Election period (January & February).
Applications will remain open until September 20th at 4pm.
Expected Time Commitment and Remuneration
6-month term from November, 2025 to April 30th, 2026 with a time commitment of 3-5 hours/bi-weekly.

Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities will be based on need, so these are not rigid roles. The job is to assist the Chief Returning Officer and Governance Officer in the planning and execution of the ASUS Fall By-Election, Winter Executive Election, and DSC Election. They will pay close attention to policy in the oversight of all candidates as they navigate their campaigns.
