Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Incorporate instructional design principles to enhance learner engagement.
Test and troubleshoot e-learning content across various devices and platforms.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging e-learning technologies.
Support the deployment of training programs and monitor learner progress.
Contribute to continuous improvement of training materials based on feedback.
Qualifications
Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning content development.
Proficiency with Adobe Captivate, LMS platforms, and Blackboard.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in teaching or classroom training is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of security training or related fields is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
