We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Learning and Delivery Administrator to join our innovative education team. The E-Learning and Delivery Administrator is responsible for overseeing and administering the students' program journey from the onset. This includes monitoring student activity and ensuring students are meeting course expectations, providing technical support, gathering feedback and providing data to the Education Development Team, ensuring compliance and working collaboratively with other team members including campus staff. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and strong communication to ensure effective andengaging digital learning experiences for students. RESPONSIBILITIES
Student Support & Experience
Monitor student engagement and progress across Async platforms (Canvas and Campus Login) to ensure course requirements are being met. Address any concerns promptly and in a professional manner.
Providing technical troubleshooting and problem-solving for students, ensuring they can access and use e-learning resources effectively. Address any student queries promptly and in a professional manner.
Ensure compliance with attendance and address any discrepancies.
Share timely reminders/announcements for deadlines, progress, and expectations.
Course Setup and Review
Ensure student access is simple and announcements are posted for easy navigation and instructions about the course.
Gather and provide any student feedback related to course structure, content, assessments, etc. for ongoing improvement to the digital learning experience for students.
Quality Assurance & Process Improvement
Identify gaps in Async delivery (pending tasks, errors, student issues)
Reporting and Coordination
Prepare regular reports on student attendance, engagement, and performance.
Escalate critical issues to the Learning and Delivery Facilitator and Academic Ops Manager (e.g. non-compliance, low engagement, pending tasks, system errors).
Maintain cross-platform records and ensure accuracy of data.
Attend daily/weekly meetings with the department.
Communication and Support
Provide support for the academic department as needed on a case-by-case basis
Complete other assigned duties as required
