EL Stack Assembler Description EL Stack Assembler We are looking for a talented Stack Assembler to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our New Power Business in Mississauga , ON . In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Assembles stacks and components according to the specified procedures and requirements, ensuring that the finished product meets all quality standards.
• Operates manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble product to create the proper characteristics and dimensions necessary to meet customer expectations.
• Follow all applicable standard work, process documentation and quality procedures such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), poka-yoke and visual standards.
• Reports any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard, and comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations.
• Uses appropriate personal protective equipment to maintain the safety of yourself and those around you.
• Works collaboratively with the production team and support staff to identify and resolve any issues related to the assembly process, and to achieve production goals and deadlines.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
• This position requires documentation control Materials certification
• Manufacturing Knowledge - Demonstrates the knowledge of manufacturing by correctly implementing changes in current processes, equipment, and applications to meet the function\'s needs and contribute towards continuous improvement.

Compensation and Benefits Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
