Foundation Building Materials (FBM) is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and self-directed

Effective Price Management (EPM) Administrator

. This role requires a masterful problem-solver who can comfortably manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction for both internal and external customers.

EPM Administrators

play an essential role in ensuring pricing accuracy, order integrity, product data quality, and rebate processing across the region. This position involves close collaboration with branch leaders and cross-functional teams while handling confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support

Provide high-level, confidential administrative support to branch management and staff. Prepare reports and maintain accurate product, pricing, and order information in company systems. Support order management processes to ensure timely and accurate completion. Coordinate and track promotional programs, supplier claims, and project-related tasks. Handle daily and monthly administrative workflows with accuracy and a hands-on approach. Resolve issues proactively, ensuring timely follow-through under deadline pressures.

Pricing & Financial

Oversee pricing accuracy across the region, including order control and invoice validation. Ensure customer invoicing reflects correct and up-to-date pricing. Calculate, process, and track monthly rebates and related documentation. Identify and resolve discrepancies on vendor invoices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Build and maintain strong working relationships within branch departments. Partner closely with leaders across Ontario Branches to support operational needs. Provide support to other departments and branch management as required

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of administrative or operational support experience in a fast-paced environment. Highly efficient, organized, and resourceful with the ability to prioritize competing tasks. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask. Discreet and professional when handling confidential information. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office technology.
