We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team. As an Educator, you will be responsible for providing instruction and guidance to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting academic success. ```Responsibilities```
- Develop and implement lesson plans based on curriculum guidelines
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress
- Stay updated on educational best practices and trends

```Qualifications```
- Level 1 or 2 Child Care Qualification
- First Aid
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students
- Organizational skills and attention to detail

```Hours```

- Mon/Tues/Wed/Fri - 1:30pm to 6pm (closing shift)

- Thursdays - 11:30am to 6pm (Early Dismissal)

- On days children are not in school, staff might be asked to come in earlier depending on numbers and child/staff ratios

- Must be able to drive, in case the Tots 2 Kids van needs to be driven.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.89-$18.05 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
