Les \xc3\x89ditions CEC /CEC Publishing Inc., a Quebecor Media company, is a leader in schoolbook publishing. Dynamic and creative, the CEC team is currently looking for an Educational Sales representative for French as a second language in its Outside Quebec division. The candidate will be based in the Toronto area.



Are you passionate about education and French language? Do you have sales and marketing skills, combined with a keen interest for technology? This job is for you! Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our FSL and Immersion educational books as well as our digital resources in the Canadian market outside Quebec.

A typical week consists of:

• Offering solutions adapted to the FSL and Immersion teacher\xe2\x80\x99s needs;
• Ensuring the growth of sales and achievement of objectives in the assigned territory;
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relations;
• Providing pedagogical and technical support to teachers;
• Hosting client presentations and workshops;
• Representing the Company at conferences and promote our products;
• Coordinating email marketing campaigns, including content creation and visual
• Layout production;
• Writing content and coordinating graphic material production for various display needs (conferences, workshops, etc.);
• Participating in the creation of catalog content.

• A university degree in teaching, commerce or a related field;
• 3 years of experience in teaching or sales;
• A very good knowledge of French and English;
• Skills and interest in the new technologies;
• Result-oriented skills, a good sense of organization and autonomy;
• Adaptability, flexibility, sense of creativity and ability to learn quickly;
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and customer oriented;
• Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge;
• A car to visit schools and school boards upon request.
