Key Responsibilities
1) Academic Planning & Guidance
Provide personalized academic and university planning for Canadian high school students (course selection, extracurricular activities, competitions, summer programs, and university application pathways).
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with students and parents to clarify goals, track progress, and provide ongoing support.
2) Parent Communication & Enrollment
Meet with parents (in-person and online), deliver professional consultations, and recommend appropriate programs.
Design tailored academic services based on students' profiles and support enrollment conversions.
3) Scheduling & Program Coordination
Manage course scheduling and teacher assignments, coordinating effectively among students, parents, and staff.
Monitor teaching progress and ensure high-quality program delivery.
4) Administrative & Operational Support
Assist with daily operations, including student record management, event/lecture organization, and logistics.
Collaborate with the leadership team to improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher (Education, Psychology, Business, Communication, or related fields preferred).
Previous experience in
education consulting, academic planning, or K-12 education
is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with students and parents.
Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving abilities; strong time management skills.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
(reading, writing, speaking) required.
Familiarity with Canadian and U.S. high school systems, university application processes, and local educational resources is an asset.
