Educational Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for a Part Time (Monday to Friday mornings) Educational Assistant to join our team of Early Childhood Educators at our Southridge Location.Position Details:The EA will implement and facilitate daily classroom plans under the supervision and direction of the classroom teachers. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):- Developing & implementing activities and strategies to address individual service plan goals (ISP)- Organizing and preparing daily plans/strategies for children to address their individual needs (ie. - visual schedules, sensory breaks, classroom modifications etc.)- Assisting with self help skills where needed; including toileting children.Qualifications and Requirements:- level 1, 2 or 3 Early Childhood Educator- Current First Aid- Current Criminal Record Check (including vulnerable sector check)- Child Welfare Check Record CheckInterested applicants can submit a resume.Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per weekSalary: $21.00-$25.00 per hourSchedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
