Educational Assistant certification or relevant experience
Ability to work with students in one-on-one and classroom setting
Experience or ability to work with young children
Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, and an ability to work in a team environment
A positive and flexible attitude to change
Interview will be required
Demonstrates a commitment to truth and reconciliation
Demonstrates a commitment to supporting diversity and inclusion
Ability to improve the educational achievement of First Nations students with high learning needs
Experience working with First Nations communities and experience supporting First Nation, Metis and Inuit (FNMI) students
