Job Description
Assignment:
Part-time 0.50 Educational Assistant position Providing educational support to students in a one-on-one and classroom environment Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM
Duties to commence September 16, 2025 and will continue for the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year
Qualifications:
Literacy and Numeracy background would be considered an asset Experience and/or training as an Educational Assistant Willingness to work in a team-oriented learning environment Experience working with students with complex needs Effective oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality Calm and patient approach to solving problems and assisting with coregulation Background and/or experience with complex behavioural needs
