As an integral member of the multidisciplinary team, contributes clinical recommendations that are person-centred and lead to collaborative cancer care planning.The Education & Liaison Nurse - Health Equity applies advanced skills and knowledge of applying actions toward health equity to enhance awareness and understanding within the context of cancer and Manitoba\'s population that includes the distinct experiences and voices of First Nations, Metis, Inuit, Newcomers, and other underserved populations are guiding principles for this role.
