Assign projects and programs Coordinate projects and programs Develop a checklist to assist schools in their preparation for a monitoring inspection Evaluate daily operations Examine the school's program, facilities, curriculum, operations and teacher certification to ensure that the school meets all basic statutory requirements Plan and control budget and expenditures Plan and organize daily operations Revise the development of educational programs Establish and implement policies and procedures Hire, train, direct and motivate staff Oversee the analysis of data and information Oversee the preparation of reports Advise senior management Manage contracts Plan, develop and implement communication strategies Supervise office and volunteer staff
