to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of education and training initiatives within our Sport Medicine department. This role is critical in fostering excellence in clinical education, supporting continuing professional development, and coordinating fellowship and resident rotations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sport medicine, health education, or a related field, and will work collaboratively with faculty, clinicians, and learners.
This role provides support to the Primary Care Physicians in maintaining yearly schedules, as well as the Office Manager with a variety of tasks, both organizational and administrative in nature.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate educational programs for all 3 departments.
Develop and manage schedules

Support
continuing medical education (CME)
programming, including event planning, accreditation submissions, and evaluation processes.
Maintain accurate records of learner participation, feedback, and assessment data.
Collaborate with sport medicine clinicians to identify and address learning needs.
Assist in the development of educational materials and online learning tools.
Monitor compliance with institutional and accrediting body requirements.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in health sciences, education, kinesiology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in education coordination or program administration, preferably in a healthcare or academic setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with educational management systems.
Preferred:
Master's degree in education, sport medicine, or health administration.
Familiarity with medical education systems (e.g., UGME, PGME).
Experience working with clinicians, learners, and academic institutions.
Knowledge of accreditation and CME processes.
Working Conditions
May include occasional evening or weekend hours during educational events.
