Responsibilities

Provide academic consultation to students and parents, including course selection, learning planning, and further education guidance. Develop personalized learning plans based on students' academic performance and monitor progress and outcomes. Offer tutoring and exam preparation guidance to help students improve academic performance and skills. Manage student records and provide regular updates to parents on learning progress. Assist with promotional activities, course marketing, and showcasing student achievements.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above; fluent in Chinese and English with excellent communication and writing skills. Experience in education, training, or tutoring is preferred. Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT) to record and present learning plans. Detail-oriented, responsible, and good at communicating with students and parents. Flexible for occasional weekend or flexible work schedule.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in subject tutoring or academic planning. Experience working in educational institutions or training centers. Ability to independently run online/offline promotions and events.

Full-time, occasional weekend work required
