We are seeking a dedicated
Education Assistant
to join our team for the upcoming school year.Position Details:
Start Date:
September 3, 2025End Date:
June 19, 2026Compensation:
$20 to $25/hour, commensurate with education and experienceSchedule:
School-year calendar (hours to be confirmed)Role Overview:
The Education Assistant will support classroom learning and student development by:
Providing one-on-one support to students as needed Supporting student independence, engagement, and success in the classroom Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and caring learning environment
Qualifications:
Experience working with children (school or childcare setting preferred) Strong communication and collaboration skills Patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for supporting student learning Educational Assistant certification or related training (asset but not required)
