As a
Solar Electrician
, you'll play a key role ininstalling, wiring, and troubleshooting
residential solar energy systems. You'll ensure safe, high-quality installations that meet Alberta's electrical codes while working closely with our solar installation teams.This position may also perform main panel upgrades/service change outs throughout the territory. Knowing how to do these will be required.
What You'll Do:
Install & Wire
solar panels, inverters, and battery storage systemsTroubleshoot & Repair
electrical issues in residential solar systemsEnsure Safety & Code Compliance
in all installationsConduct Testing & Inspections
before and after installationWork with Install Teams
to complete projects efficientlyEducate Homeowners
on system functions and maintenanceWhat You Bring:

Red Seal or Journeyman Electrician Certification highly preferred. 4th year apprentices encouraged to apply.
?
Knowledgeable with main panel upgrades is required
?
2+ years of residential electrical experience
(Solar experience preferred)?
Ability to Read Schematics & Electrical Plans
?
Strong Problem-Solving & Communication Skills
?
Comfort with Heights & Working Outdoors
?
Valid Driver's License & Willingness to Travel
(Edmonton & surrounding areas, occasional travel outside the region)Perks & Benefits:
