MoneySense recently joined the Ratehub Inc family and although Moneysense.ca will operate independently of Ratehub.ca and CanWise Financial, we share a common purpose and culture that together will help Canadians stay informed and make better choices when it comes to their personal finance decisions.
MoneySense\xe2\x80\x99s new Editor in Chief will play a vital role in the revival of a trusted and beloved Canadian brand. Our goal is to build on MoneySense\xe2\x80\x99s solid reputation, grow the number of stories and voices on MoneySense.ca, and reach new audiences so that we can help even more Canadians make sense of their money. The Editor in Chief will help us achieve these goals.
THE ROLE
As Editor in Chief, you will be instrumental in defining and achieving the MoneySense vision and strategy. You will help ensure MoneySense.ca functions on a day-to- day basis by establishing/following processes and ensuring contributors regularly produce top quality content. You will also do most of the heavy lifting for the day to day operations of the website. Working closely with the Managing Editor and the General Manager, you will have a team of 20+ freelancers and be responsible to manage any external relationships to support the MoneySense reputation and vision.
