JOB DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a detail-oriented and creative team member to help coordinate our Shopify store and assist customers in our showroom. This role combines online product coordination with in-person customer service -- perfect for someone who enjoys both tech and design. The ideal candidate is an individual with customer service and online sales experience, who is a highly motivated self-starter with a proven ability to work independently as well as within a team.
In this role, you will interact with customers entering and exiting the showroom with a high level of professionalism while responding to inquiries in a timely manner. Along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, you are passionate about learning new systems, helping others, have a positive attitude, and effectively set priorities to meet deadlines and sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Greeting and interacting with customers entering/exiting the showroom
Helping customers in the showroom
Manage product listings: Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for online visibility
Handle customer inquiries: Assist customers with their online purchases, resolve issues, and answer questions about products or orders
Support digital marketing efforts
Data entry
Maintaining showroom appearance, completing daily opening and closing tasks
Communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to follow up with customers both by phone and email
Demonstrated ability to work independently, problem solve and be attentive to details
Highly organized with a proven ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines
Assist other areas as required
Self-motivated; work independently with minimal supervision to complete tasks
Produce reports and meet targets

EXPERIENCE
1+ years' experience in customer service, retail showroom, or office environment
1+ years' experience in a sales role along with online sales experience
EDUCATION
High School Diploma
Digital Marketing & E-commerce Professional Certificate (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
