We are currently seeking a

E-Commerce, Catalog & Social Media Manager

to join our dynamic team at Senville. This role combines e-commerce management, catalog oversight, and social media strategy to strengthen our online presence and drive sales growth across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

Manage product catalogs across e-commerce platforms, including our website, Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, and eBay. Oversee the catalog and publishing process, ensuring product data accuracy and efficiency. Coordinate promotions across platforms in line with key seasonal and tentpole events. Prepare, analyze, and present merchandising reports, identifying trends and insights to optimize performance. Collaborate with the marketing team to improve product images, listing content, and digital merchandising. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic. Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Monitor and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on results. Stay up to date on e-commerce and social media trends to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum 5 years experience in e-commerce management. Minimum 3 years experience with Shopify or BigCommerce. Minimum 3 years experience managing third-party platforms like Amazon and eBay. 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or company.

Pay: $90,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
