Job Overview
The eCommerce Retail Associate supports the growth and visibility of Habitat GTA's ReStores by developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive traffic, sales, and community engagement. This role enhances brand consistency across digital and in-store channels, supports promotional campaigns, and ensures timely communication of sales, partnerships, and events. By strengthening ReStore marketing capacity, the position contributes directly to revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Job Duties
Create, upload, and maintain accurate product listings across eCommerce platforms, including titles, descriptions, pricing, and images
Support product photography and ensure listings meet brand and quality standards
Assist with maintaining online inventory accuracy, availability, and product categorization
Support order processing, fulfillment coordination, and customer inquiries related to online purchases
Assist with updates to promotions, pricing changes, and featured collections
Collaborate with retail, warehouse, and marketing teams to support prioritization of high-value and seasonal products
Help maintain consistency between in-store inventory and online listings
Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service on the sales floor
Support visual merchandising, restocking, POS transactions, and daily store operations
Assist with basic reporting, troubleshooting listing issues, and resolving discrepancies

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfort with eCommerce platforms, POS systems, and digital tools
Effective time management and ability to multitask
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative, adaptable approach
