The Product Manager will have proven track record of success in a product management role, with demonstrated ability to drive product success. Working directly with the senior and executive leadership, the successful candidate will focus on growing their user base, financial metrics, and customer satisfaction with the product.

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:

  • Collaborate with Ecommerce, IT team members, and developers to gain in-depth knowledge of enhancements & changes to existing systems, and new developments.
  • Concentrates on the strategic delivery of the product vision.
  • Build the overall product roadmap.
  • Manages product owners throughout product development lifecycle.
  • Works closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure the design and brand guidelines meet all product requirements.
  • Ensures that the final product is delivered on time.
  • Research customer demands and market competition and understands market potential.
  • Coordinates the product delivery lifecycle between designers, development, and quality assurance teams.
  • Communicates with and supports key stakeholders in the software development lifecycle process.
  • Evaluates all decisions and changes made during development and ensures a quality product.
  • Defines requirements and writes user stories.
  • Provides clarity on requirements to all key stakeholders.
  • Performs product demos.
Skill, Capabilities, and Experience:
  • Magento/ Adobe Commerce certification or other large platform experience and/or certification would be given preference.
  • Proven experience in digital product delivery using agile methodology.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the eCommerce industry.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Thorough understanding of the eCommerce industry, market trends, and customer behavior.
  • Ability to utilize data and market insights to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Strong decision-making skills, balancing business objectives, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
  • Adaptable and flexible, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
  • Has a strong sense of initiative, taking ownership and driving projects forward.
  • Has high integrity and dependability, earning trust and building solid relationships.
