Kent, part of the Retail Division of J. D. Irving LTD, is the largest retail building supply chain in Atlantic Canada with 48 locations from Saint John, New Brunswick to Corner Brook, Newfoundland and many towns and cities in between.

Your objectives:

• Use your professional experience to elevate and enhance customer perceptions of Kent.ca
• Drive digital engagement though the development and delivery of marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Align with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute SEO campaigns.
• Develop tactical omnichannel campaigns that drive traffic to in-store events.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in Kent.ca digital space.
• Use all available analytical tools and results to provide insights into the performance and perceptions of kent.ca.
• Provide recommendations for enhanced utilization of any available engagement channels.
• Provide input to strategy for evolving the Kent.ca digital space.
• Provide effective leadership to team members.
• Provide effective and concise reporting to all levels within the organization, including the Senior Leadership Team
• Deliver against key marketing KPIs
• Ensures adherence to all Company principles and policies.

Qualification and skills:

• University Degree, Diploma, or related education in Marketing or similar field with 3-5 years related work experience. Extensive experience in the workplace would be considered.
• Experience leveraging a consumer brand to generate rapid online growth.
• Enjoy and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• The ability to shift between rapidly changing priorities.
• Creative, highly organized, self-motivated person
• Bilingual (English and French) an asset.
