About the Role

We are seeking a creative and driven

E-Commerce & Market Research Coordinator

to join our team. This role plays a key part in developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.

What You'll Do

Launch and manage online marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales. Track performance metrics and tweak campaigns for better reach and ROI. Manage and update product listings on Amazon, Shopify, Faire, and Walmart platforms. Track sales performance and optimize listings for better visibility and conversions. Run promotions and online campaigns to boost traffic and sales. Conduct market research and analyze industry/ social trends to support strategic planning and business growth. Prepare clear research reports and insights for internal teams to guide decision-making.

What You Bring

A diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience managing social media or digital marketing. Great copywriting skills and an eye for design. Familiarity with Meta Ads, Canva, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads is a plus. A data-driven mindset and passion for growth. Experience managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, Shopify, Faire, or Walmart is a strong asset. A sound knowledge of social media marketing and content trends will be considered a strong asset.
